Qualifiers advance to the 2002 U.S. Mid Amateur Championship, which will be held at The Stanwich Club in Greenwich, Conn., September 21-26. Entries were open to male amateur golfers who will have reached their 25th birthday on or before September 21, and who have a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 3.4.
