Notes:
Leslie Elkins of Roswell, Ga., and Heidi Stark of Lincoln, Neb., earned co-medalist honors by shooting 78 at Rivermont Golf and Country Club. Jin Son Antoskow of Phenix City, Ala., shot 79 to qualify for the second-straight year out of Rivermont. Michelle Griffith of LaGrange, Ga., daughter of two-time U.S. Senior Open champion Allen Doyle, earned the last qualifying spot with an 80. Griffith advanced to the round of 16 in the 2006 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur.

Rivermont Golf and Country Club played to 6,074 yards and a par of 72.

Qualifiers advance to the 22nd U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship, which will be held at Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor, Mich., September 6-11, 2008. Entries were open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 25th birthday by September 6, and who have a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 9.4. The U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the United States Golf Association.
