Notes:
A playoff was held among Michelle Doyle of Lagrange, Giselle Pyfrom of Paradise Island and Beth Williams of Atlanta for the final qualifying spot and the first and second alternate positions. Doyle won the final qualifying spot on the second playoff hole by recording a birdie.

Eagle's Landing was set to play to 6,013 yards at a par 72.

This 18-hole qualifier is one of approximately 25 taking place across the country between August 15 and 24, and was the first U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur qualifying event held in Georgia. The Landings Club in Savannah will host the second qualifier in this area on August 22.

Qualifiers advance to the 2005 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship which will be held at Shadow Hawk Golf Club in Richmond, Texas, September 10-15. Entries were open to female amateur golfers who will have reached their 25th birthday by September 10, and who have a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 9.4. The U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the United States Golf Association.
