Notes:

The Athens duo of Don Carpenter and Keith Guest combined for an 8-under-par 64 to earn medalist honors and qualify for the 2018 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship. They finished one stroke ahead David Denham of Athens and Stuart Moore of Gainesville, who also qualified via a playoff.
 
The playoff was needed to determine the second qualifying spot. Denham and Moore edged out the team of Matthew Hayes of Marietta and Garland Ferrell of Greenville, S.C. on the third playoff hole.  
 
Hayes and Ferrell will be the first alternate and the duo of Tanner Davis of Knoxville, Tenn. and Tory Davis of Johnson City, Tenn. will be the second alternate.  
 
This was an 18-hole qualifier held at Berkeley Hills Country Club for the 2018 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship which will be held at Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta, Fla., May 19-23.
