About the GSGA Foundation

The GSGA Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the Georgia State Golf Association.

Programs and Goals

• Provide educational opportunities for employees, or children of employees, of GSGA Member Clubs, through the Yates Scholarship Program;
• Provide educational opportunities for young people who are in the study of turfgrass and agronomy at the University of Georgia and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the James B. "Monty" Moncrief Scholarship Program;
• The celebration of the scholars' accomplishments at the annual Scholars Luncheon.
